What to measure before a chamber arrives

Almost every installation question we receive can be answered with four numbers: doorway clearance, room dimensions, floor capacity and available power. Collect them before a model is chosen, not after an order is placed.
Start at the door
A chamber reaches the room in sections, but each section still has to pass the narrowest point on the route. Measure the clear opening of the front door, the corridor width and the lift interior if the room is not on the ground floor.
Clear opening, not frame width. Subtract the depth of the door when it is fully open.
Then the floor and the circuit
Floors in apartments and upper-level hotel rooms are usually rated well above a chamber's operating weight, but the load sits on four small points rather than spread evenly. A level, rigid floor is as important as the rating itself.
Power is the last check and the most common delay. Most chambers need a dedicated circuit; a shared socket with kitchen or laundry loads is not suitable.
Send the four numbers
Send the measurements to our team through WhatsApp and we will confirm which models fit, what preparation is needed and whether the delivery route suits a two-part or three-part assembly.
