Installation
From first look to first breath.
A chamber is decided by a doorway, a floor and a circuit. Below is the sequence we follow, the checks a room has to pass, and what happens on installation day.
Process
Five steps, agreed before delivery.
- 01
Space check
Send doorway, room and power details. We confirm which models fit and what preparation is needed.
- 02
Order and schedule
Configuration is locked, lead time confirmed and an installation window agreed with your team.
- 03
Delivery
Units are crated, pressure-tested where applicable, and delivered to the room, not the kerb.
- 04
Assembly and commissioning
A technician assembles, connects power, runs the test cycle and records the result.
- 05
Handover and support
Operator briefing, printed maintenance schedule and a direct line for the first weeks of use.
Space requirements
Six checks before anything is ordered.
Tick what you can confirm. Anything left unticked is a question for our team, not a blocker — most rooms need one adjustment rather than a renovation.
By range
What installation actually involves.
Professional install · three-section assembly
Confirm the route and floor loading
Measure the narrowest clear opening and check the floor is level and rated for operating weight.
Assemble the shell on site
Sections are joined and sealed by a trained technician; the door frame is aligned before tightening.
Connect the dedicated circuit
The chamber is wired to its own breaker. Shared sockets are not used, even temporarily.
Run the pressure check
A hold test is recorded on the commissioning sheet before the first session.
Brief the operator
Daily checks, session controls and the escalation contact are covered in a walkthrough.
Installation modes
Three ways a unit reaches the room.
Self-install
Light panels, loungers and compact devices. Arrives ready or with a single fitting step.
LUMEN, PULSE, DRIFT
Hybrid install
Cabinets and compact chambers assembled on site, with a technician for the pressure check.
TERRA, VERO
Professional install
Full chambers delivered in sections, assembled, tested and commissioned by our team.
AERIS
During use
Safety and upkeep, in plain terms.
Every handover includes a printed schedule. The three items below are the ones operators ask about most.
Sessions are for wellness and relaxation. Follow the operator briefing, keep the room ventilated and do not use the equipment against medical advice.
Daily check
Inspect the door seal, confirm the circuit is clear and run the control unit self-test.
Scheduled maintenance
Seal replacement, filter inspection and a pressure log review at the intervals in the handover sheet.
Who to call
A named contact for the first weeks of use, then the partner or service point for your region.
Questions
Common installation questions.
Send a doorway measurement and a photo of the room. We will reply with the models that fit and what needs doing before delivery.
Check my space with usHow long does installation take?+
A single chamber is usually assembled, tested and briefed within one working day. Multi-unit suites and hotel projects are scheduled over two to three days so each unit is commissioned separately.
Do I need to renovate the room?+
In most cases no. A chamber needs a clear route, a level floor and a dedicated circuit. Renovation is only required where the doorway is narrower than the section width or the floor is not level.
Can my local team carry out the installation?+
For chambers, assembly and pressure commissioning are carried out by trained technicians. Partners who complete our installation training can handle assembly locally, with remote commissioning support.
What happens if the space does not fit any model?+
We will say so before an order is placed. Where the doorway is the constraint, we can review a disassembly plan; where the floor or circuit is the constraint, we will list what a local contractor needs to complete.
Is training included?+
Every installation includes an operator walkthrough and a printed maintenance schedule. A separate training day for larger teams can be added to the order.
